Policy
Return Authorization:
NTD Telecommunications will not accept for return any product or
device without a return authorization number (RA). The RA number
must be prominently displayed on the outside of your shipping
box or container. NTD does not accept C.O.D. shipments.
All returned merchandise must be in their original box complete
with all user manuals, parts, adapters, etc. No credit will be
given for merchandise returned with missing parts, manuals
and/or not in their original box or container.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days.
If a product is received by NTD without a return authorization
number, or received outside the valid 14 day calendar-day time
limit, the item(s) will be returned to the customer with return
shipping and insurance paid by the reseller.
In order to obtain a return authorization number, you must call
NTD Telecommunications with the original invoice information
within 30 days of the purchase/invoice of the product or device.
Any product/device defect that occurs after the 30-day purchase
period must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement. NTD Telecommunications is not a repair center and
is not authorized to repair defective or broken devices.
Discontinued and closeout merchandise must be returned to the
factory for repair. Manufacturers continue to adopt stricter
return policies; which we must convey to you. Please inform your
customer of warranty offered by the manufacturer.
Authorized returns must include a legible copy of the original
invoice and a letter on company stationary stating why the
product is being returned. Customer is responsible for freight
cost when retuning item(s) to NTD Telecommunications
All returned non-defective products/devices are subject to a 15%
re-stocking fee. Merchandise may not be returned for a cash
re-fund. For customers with credit terms, a credit will be
issued to your NTD account. Resellers with C.O.D. status can
request a refund, less the restocking fee, from the NTD credit
department.
NTD Telecommunication will not accept returns on special orders
or merchandise. Please verify compatibility and customer
commitment before ordering these items.

Same-Day Shipping:
Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the
same day. Our preferred method of shipment is UPS ground. All
orders are shipped uninsured unless otherwise specified.
Customers are responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All
damages or shortages must be reported the same day as the
receipt of goods. A claim must be made with the courier or
driver and it must be recorded against the airbill or bill or
lading.
